When you create a Tontiin account, a current account is automatically opened for you.
In this video, we’ll show you step-by-step how to deposit money into your Tontiin account.
First, make sure you have downloaded and installed the Tontiin app from the Google Play Store or App Store, and successfully created your account.
Once the app is open, you will see your current account balance displayed on the home screen.
Tap on the “Manage Funds” button just below your balance, then select “Deposit Funds”.
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Then choose the payment method: Orange or MTN, and enter the mobile phone number to be used for the payment.
Tap “Deposit” to proceed.
This will trigger a payment request via the mobile operator you selected. You will receive a notification on your phone to confirm the payment.
Enter your Orange or MTN secret code to validate.
Once the payment is successful, a confirmation will appear in the Tontiin app, and your balance will be updated immediately.
You will also receive a WhatsApp message confirming your deposit.
